The first time I saw this crane it was at Spijkenisse building a tower crane.
First some counterweight of the tower crane was hung into place.
Followed by the large jip. However the weather in the pictures looks nice it started raining a couple of minutes later.
A week later I saw the 300 tonne crane again, this time in Schiedam to lift concrete sections.
This the DAF tractor with counterweight trailer was present aswell.
They were finished just in time since the winds kicked up during derigging to windforce 8-9. This wind together with 2 degrees above freezing point and rain + snow made the weather quit severe to work in.
It was also very dark, this is way the pictures look like they were taking after sunset.
A couple of days later I saw the crane one more time, this time to dismantle a crawler-towercrane.
The heaviest part of the towercrane was transported by this Volvo from Van der Tol.
Just like the previous two times the weather wasn't nice this time. It was also getting dark.
I took this picture from a nearby appartment building.
And to close a nice night picture of the LTM 1300-1.
A couple of months later I saw the crane again, this time with nice weather luckely. Later more about this job.
