About me & contact
LTM 1500 Koekkoek Assen.
I hand't seen the LTM 1500 from Koekkoek so I decided it was time. End january it had a nice job in Leeuwarden, a 3 hour single trip from my house.
In the centre of the city a new bridge had to be placed. When I arrived in the morning the crane had already hooked the first part of the bridge.
The arc was lifted complete with the counterweight out of the ship and was placed on it's foundation.
Despite it's age of 7 years (Y.O.M. 1999) the crane is very good shape.
After the arc was placed the bridge deck had to be placed.
The bridge deck was lowered until it reached it's final destination.
To complete the bridge, the counterweight was hooked again and lifted so the guy-ing arms could be connected with the bridge deck.
The standard counterweight truck. The trailer was parked elsewere because of lack of space.
Two other MAN trucks from Koekkoek.
And to close a few weeks old FAUN HK 50 on a MAN chassis.
I want to thank the friendly people of Koekkoek once again.
