Late in April 2006 a temporary bridge was taken down. These brigdes were placed to give extra space to the traffic because the completely overhauled the main highway.
To take down the heavy bridge the LTM 1400 and AC 700 were called into action, the LTM 1400 fitted with 95t counterweight and the AC 700 with 60 tonnes.
Meanwhile this nice LTM 1250/1 was taking down a cyclist/pedestrian bridge.
Soon the bridge was placed on the 2x 4 axlelines SPMT and droven off to the storage location. Here the bridge was taken appart and the parts will be used for future projects.
The people from Michielsens where very quick with mobilising the cranes for road transport, ready to drive to the yard or a next project.
A other large crane from Michielsens was this LTM 1500. Unfortunately I've never seen this crane in action and only saw it once in Utrecht. At the moment of writing this crane is making its hours in the warm South-Europe.
